DataSafe

The Avalon Technologies DataSafe program provides for regularly scheduled backup of critical systems data for your Avalon system, off-site storage of this data as well as data delivery, either remotely downloaded or in the form of a CD shipment, in the event of a loss of Avalon data at your facility.

Maintenance Agreement Overview

The Avalon Technologies' maintenance program provides for Toll-free hotline technical support; advance overnight replacement of infrastructure components; Factory repair or replacement of peripheral components; On-Site service for infrastructure faults; and semi-annual remote diagnostic assessment of the System.
